Additional time. Once you are up and running you should not need us "on site". We know, however, that you may well need the odd guiding hand. If we can help over the telephone, it's free - as long as you pay for the call! - If we have to visit you, normal rates apply and depending on where you are, the minimum charge is for one half day.
Website design and build on a budget
Direct start-up costs are for programmes which you will need. These come to between $150 to $200 The price is shown in dollars as most of these come from the US and they seem to prefer dollars. These are bought in your name for you and we will expect you to be able to buy these on your credit card. Note that most of these programmes will offer a 30 day free trial period.
Our fees are charged at £200 per day and the average website takes about 2 and a half days. This will depend on how much you want us to do. The hardest part is thinking about the look and feel of the site. To avoid lots of costs and arguments, we suggest that you start with one of our "off the peg" sites and then you can, as you grow in confidence, stamp your own mark on your site. This one, for example, was done in two days. (A day, for the sake of argument is 8 hours working)
Travelling and subsistence is charged at cost. (We travel economy and stay at any reasonable hotel)
VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.

Extras (if needed and at your discretion) To buy, setup and install a PC and peripherals - at cost plus £65.00 and VAT.
Fee Payment. We will expect an initial payment of £100 plus an estimate of any travel costs (if applicable) The balance is due when we finish your site and place it in your hands.
